The Competency-driven Engagement (C-DE) Process: Competencies
C-LOP conducted its first ever training series in August 2021 with the staff at the Indian Institute of Planning & Administration (IIPA).
By introducing the Competency-driven Engagement process and the Work Allocation Tool, the series aimed to build the internal capacity of IIPA staff so they can:
Identify the roles and activities required for their positions, and develop the competencies to map to their roles [through an introduction to the Competency-driven Engagement (C-DE) process].
Support other ministries, departments, and organisations (particularly central training institutions) to C-DE their positions, delineate their roles and activities, and map their competencies.
