Prior to joining J-PAL SA as an advisor, Rabi worked as a consultant and held senior positions in Andersen, Hay Group and Mercer for over 25 years. He also founded a Competency based learning and assessment firm, leapcurve.com that operates in data and analytics based career advisory for employees.
His work involved organisation design, talent analytics and management and helping organisations maximise the human resource potential.
In the government space, he has worked on the Civil Services Competency Dictionary (2014-15), Re-Strategizing KVIC (2001); Power sector reforms (at AP, MP, Punjab and Delhi). He also worked as a team member in the reconfiguration of the Delhi State VAT. He has also worked with several government organisations in the Middle East and Eastern/Central Europe, particularly in the power sector reforms during his stint with Andersen.
He has worked on organisation design and talent management area with large private sector organisations like Mahindra, ABB, Tata Group among some of them.
